Default Henchman AI Adjustment

I know the henchies are supposed to be dumb and I have gotten used to the healer doing dumb stuff (which I hope at some point is addressed), but could a small AI adjust be made to fix henchmen ignoring poisonous water? They drop fast enough without purposely standing in the middle of poison when they don't need too. Even walking near poison their path finding drags them right through it.

If you do go in to fix this, you can also take a stab at fixing the bug where the healer runs to where the party died after the res. Few things are as annoying as getting croaked then watching the healer running right back in before giving you time to prep.

I would also like to add an AI point. Henchmen, by definition are servants. I realize we don't pay them but could we please have a way to tell them "go here" I hate trying to pull a creep or go somewhere delicate and then having one of them run in (especially Stefan, he's a dumbass) and aggravating a horde of nasties... then we all die...

Funny... I stopped using melee henchmen and pets a long time ago for this exact reason. Start casting some long spell out of agro range and then a warrior/pet just runs in a messes it up. I can't remember the last time I let a warrior henchman tag along on a mission.
